Acquisitions&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide Management reporting\/MIS&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Audits transactions for legality and sufficiency of funds&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for handling the Working capital flow in the organization&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Audits transactions (Statutory\/Tax\/Internal) for legality and sufficiency of funds&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviews Corporate re-structuring&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide financial advice and guidance to the company&#8217;s managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the preparation of the company&#8217;s financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on Time&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement an internal audit programme to ensure that the company complies with financial procedures and regulations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renders assistance to all auditors during their examinations&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provides counsel to department heads regarding accounting Cost management and budgetary policies, procedures and reporting\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills to have :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-depth understanding of taxation laws, keeping abreast with various amendments &amp;
